Soap wash "PLUS WASH"

Above washing pretends to avoid the typical denim rigidity giving a good handle and making colour not to fade to maintain the same looking as new.

PROCESS :

  1. Preparation Put the garments inside out into a 1/3 bath ratio.
    Add 0,3 kg/pumice stone per kg. of garment.
    Add 2 cc/l. of a desizing enzyme.
    Irisol DS
    Add 2,5 cc/l. of a non ionic dispersing detergent.
    Celesal KN-500
    Heat at 50C
    Circulate for 10 minutes
    Empty

  2. Rinse Fill with cold water with a 1/20 ratio
    Circulate for 5 minutes
    Drain

  3. Softening Fill with a bath ratio 1/10
    Add 2gr/l. of a cationic softener.
    Roquart SW
    Add 2cc/l. of acetic acid at 80%
    Heat at 50C
    Circulate for 10 minutes
    Drain

  4. Spin

  5. Empty production

  6. Dry
    In these qualities drying is very important to avoid irreparable damages on the fiber.
    In order to avoid possible elastomer damages the dryer temperature must not exceed 80 C.
REMARKS:

Bath Ratio
example 1/15 means: 15 litres of water for each Kg. of garments

  • wished washing degree
