Stone + enzymes "SUPERWASHED"

Above washing is suitable for any type of denim, specially medium to heavy qualities, it is not recommended for shirt qualities.

PROCESS :

  1. Preparation
    Put the garments outside out into a 1/3 bath ratio
    Add 0,3 Kg/pumice stones per kg. of garment.
    Add 2 cc/l. of a desizing enzyme
    Irisol DS
    Add 2,5 cc/l. of a non ionic dispesing detergent
    Celesal KN-500
    Heat at 50C
    Circulate for 10 minutes
    Empty

  2. Wore out
    Fill with water, bath ratio 1/3,5
    Add 1,2 % of a cellulase type enzyme
    Irisol TJ
    Add 2 kg/pumice stone per kg. of garment
    Add 2 cc/l. of a non ionic dispersing detergent
    Celesal KN-500
    Heat at 57C
    Circulate for 60 minutes
    Empty

  3. Rinse
    Fill with cold water with a 1/20 bath ratio
    Circulate for 5 minutes
    Empty

  4. Spin

  5. Remove the stones

  6. Soaping
    Fill with a 1/12 bath ratio
    Add 1 cc/l. of a non ionic dispersing detergent
    Celesal KN-500
    Heat at 40 C
    Circulate for 5 minutes
    Empty

  7. Rinse
    Fill with cold water with a 1/20 bath ratio
    Circulate for 5 minutes
    Empty

  8. Optical softening
    Fill with a 1/10 bath ratio
    Add 5 cc/l. of an optical bleacher
    Add 2,5 gr/l. of a cationic softener
    Roquat SW
    Add 2 cc/l. of acetic acid at 80%
    Heat at 40 C
    Circulate for 10 minutes
    Empty

  9. Spin

  10. Empty production

  11. Dry
    Drying is very important in these qualities in order to avoid irreparable damages on the fiber.
    The dryer temperature must not exceed 80 C. to avoid possible elastomer damages.
REMARKS:

Bath Ratio
example 1/15 means: 15 litres of water for each Kg. of garments

  • wished washing degree
